i found the location convenient, especially for the o2 arena. the room decor was modern with unique art. the staff was friendly and efficient during check-in, even late at night.
The window insulation wasn't great. I could hear traffic noise from the nearby road.

The hotel provided easy access for attending an event at the o2 arena. The staff members were friendly and helpful . i found the breakfast selection to be quite good, offering various choices to start the day. i noticed the prices at the bar and restaurant were more reasonable compared to central areas.
the window in the corridor near my room was damaged, it didn't close properly, leading to noticeable noise from the nearby road.

o2 perfect end

we went the o2 for busted vs mcfly. the hotel was only a 15 minute walk away. the hotel was clean and the room itself was a decent size with an ensuite bathroom. we also had thick soft towels.
i turned the lights off, then there was a loud clicking noise like someone turning the light switch off and on in the room. the shower was lukewarm.

the hotel offer a nice gym, it has three treadmills and a set of free weights. a small indoor pool is also available, it includes a shallow end for children and a deeper section for adults. towels and lockers are provided.
